SHIPPING POLICY

Overview

Raon operates as a dropshipping retailer. When you place an order, your item is sourced and shipped directly from third-party retail suppliers, including but not limited to Amazon and Walmart. Raon does not maintain its own warehouse or physical inventory.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

- Domestic (United States): 5–7 business days from the date of shipment
- International Orders: 7–25 business days, depending on destination country and customs processing

Please note that delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs clearance, or supplier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a tracking number where available. Tracking information may originate from the fulfillment carrier used by our supplier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). If tracking is unavailable, we will notify you at the time of shipment.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 45 calendar days of the confirmed ship date, please contact us at youngstaroffice@gmail.com. We will investigate with our supplier and, at our discretion, offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Undeliverable Addresses and Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following:
- APO/FPO military addresses
- U.S. territories not served by standard domestic carriers
- P.O. boxes (in certain cases, depending on supplier)
- Select international countries subject to trade restrictions

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Raon is not liable for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer. Address correction fees, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance

Raon complies with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435). If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund or consent to a revised shipping date.
