REFUND POLICY

At Raon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. RETURN & REFUND WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may be denied a refund or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., items that contact skin, undergarments, swimwear)
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase)
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or items that cannot be shipped internationally by law
Please do not send such items back to us. We will not be responsible for items returned without prior authorization.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a return, contact our support team at youngstaroffice@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (required if the item is defective or damaged)
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Do not ship any item back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer-Caused Returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, Raon will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon verification.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Raon is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be returned to your gift card balance.
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at youngstaroffice@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
We will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Replacement item shipped at no additional cost
- Store credit
We do not require you to return defective items in most cases; however, we reserve the right to request the item back before processing the resolution.
7. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notice:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at youngstaroffice@gmail.com.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the order has shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
10. SHIPPING DELAYS
Raon sources products from international suppliers. Shipping times may range from 7 to 25 business days depending on your location and the supplier. Shipping delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify as grounds for a refund unless the package is confirmed lost.
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping confirmation date, please contact us at youngstaroffice@gmail.com and we will investigate or issue a full refund.
